Reflexive pronouns end in -self/-selves. Use them when the doer AND receiver are the same. 'I hurt MYSELF.' 'They enjoyed THEMSELVES.'

Reciprocal pronouns show a mutual action between two or more people. 'Each other' (2). 'One another' (3 or more). 'The twins love EACH OTHER.' 'The five friends helped ONE ANOTHER.'
