School records stay under school control.

Academy holds pupil names, classes and protected PIN credentials, plus published board photos, homework and per-topic summaries. It does not receive the free app’s individual question-attempt log.

The school keeps these records until it deletes them. Head teachers can remove pupil, class or whole-school records. Board photos are deleted with their posts. Home-profile learning stays separate.
