Simple: I eat / ate / will eat. Continuous: I am eating / was eating / will be eating. Perfect: I have eaten / had eaten / will have eaten. Perfect continuous: I have been eating.

First conditional (real future): if + present, will + verb. 'If it rains, we will stay.' Second (imaginary present): if + past, would + verb. 'If I were rich, I would help.' Third (impossible past): if + past perfect, would have + p.p. 'If I had known, I would have come.'
